- Sealing. You should initially seal the new floor with a high-quality sealant, and then every few years afterwards to protect it from moisture and stains. If it’s an indoor floor, you can forego the sealant and use a good floor wax instead. Then, reapply the wax every 6 months for optimal results.
- Cleaning. A concrete slab floor can be cleaned mechanically with a brush and abrasive cleaner, or by using chemical or steam cleaning methods.
- Colored concrete. Be sure to only use a mild soap and water on a colored concrete surface. If that doesn’t remove the dirt, switch to soap and ammonia. - Per your request, any customized finishing and polishing will be done.
